Placeholder Blog (or gratuitous kid shot)

Since there's been a request from my faithful reader(s), I submit the following shot of the Boy on his vacation.




Fun factoid -- this is a restored Coney Island carousel that was moved out to Long Island. People could pay to sponsor the restoration of a horse, and the Boy just happens to be seated on Billy Joel's horse. It was a good way to spend an afternoon and didn't cost a whole lot of money. That could very easily be a topic for a real blog -- overpriced baby stuff, and the baby buying racket. Odd are if it's made "just for baby" there's a cheaper easier way to buy whatever it is. Unless it's a diaper, and then buy the good stuff!
